  6. 6. STEPS1. the sitting position is up right on the bench whityour feet on the floor2. By putting the heel on the floor and the toes of thetwo feet straighten up and then bend them downas chicken scratcha for ten time3. By putting the heel on one .. Lipt you feet up onthe other foot toes on lay on the floor with the heelon the lift to the took4. Stand on heel and make sirculation motion withmovement on the ankle for ten time
