We can regret our words time and again.

wise things or advice,
it's a step to a life that's peaceful and nice.

deter you from trying again.

Always give and be grateful.
Let's be heedful and mindful.
That's the Way to be Peaceful.

is so really lacking,
careless mistakes abound
and there’s suffering.

He is attentive and can
remember most of the time.

Concentration grows and things

With constant practice we will grow
