2. In the 50’s the term was “pre-fab,” in the 70’s it was “ modular” and today it’s “ systems-built .”
3. However, what you call us is not nearly as important as understanding when you choose to build with modular technology, you benefit from fast construction and the superior quality control only available in a systems-built unit.

5. The systems-built process produces less waste. Systems-built construction is a safer alternative. Conventional construction workers at the construction site regularly work in less than ideal conditions, with temperature extremes, rain, wind, or any combination of natural conditions. Because the systems-built structure is substantially completed in a factory- controlled setting using dry materials, the potential for high levels of mold and contaminants is eliminated.
