  3. 3. Is peer pressure among societies youth what causes teenage girls to have children? Are girls from one social class more susceptible to this peer pressure and therefore have children in their teens?
  4. 4. Why is owning a nice car a symbol of wealth in our society, as opposed to some cultures where doing God’s work is a sign of wealth? Does one race of people values nice cars more than others?
  5. 5. Does society value face to face conversations Is one gender more likely to own a cell phone than the other?
  6. 6. Do people adopt the same values of the “sitcom families” that they watch on T.V? Do the values of society change as the nature of television shows change?
  7. 7. If the news presents something in a biased fashion, are people in society more likely to believe it as the truth? Is any one social class more likely to take it as truth than another?
  8. 8. Why are more women choosing to work rather than follow the “stay at home mom/wife” traditional stereotype? Are the roles of men and women in a family changing?
  9. 9. Are there factors in society that cause some people to prefer dogs and others to prefer cats (or any other type of pet)? Why do people in society view pets as family members, when the bottom line is…their just animals?
  10. 10. How has the war in the Middle East change how society views American soldiers? Why are more children dressing up as soldiers instead of super hero’s for Halloween?
  11. 11. How has the icrease in fast food chains around the country affected the rate of childhood obesity? Has families eating out a fast food restaurants more often taught children bad eating habits, causing them to be obese?
