Farmers Insurance Group CAREER CONVERSION REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Obtain your Property/Casualty and Life licenses. </li></ul><ul><li>Submit U-4 </li></ul><ul><li>Complete the Reserve training program. </li></ul><ul><li>Produce a minimum of 40 P/C and a minimum of 8 life policies. </li></ul><ul><li>Receive full commissions on all policies. </li></ul>

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SUBSIDY <ul><li>Months 1-6 : </li></ul><ul><ul><li>$2,500 per month </li></ul></ul><ul><li>After Month 6 </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If 150 p/c and 15 life = $1,500 per month ($12,000 max) Staff Reimbursement </li></ul></ul><ul><li>After Month 12 </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If 300 p/c and 25 life policies = $750 per month ($6,000) Office Reimbursement </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Total package: Apx. $68,000 subsidy available over and above commissions! </li></ul>
