This year the Annandale Campus Library is joining in the fun as part of our National Library Week Celebration. This one day edible festival of books and food is held on the birthday of French gastronome Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (1755-1826). He was the author of The Physiology of Taste, or, Meditations on Transcendental Gastronomy , a witty meditation on food. <br />
