Simple behavior modifications to help you • Exercise need not be very intense and strenuous. you can even manage short 10-15 mins strolls a few times in the day • Opt to take the stairs in your workplace • Walk to the water cooler often and fill your own bottle • Reduce frequency of tea/coffee intake. • Completely avoid aerated soft drinks www.nutriconsult.in

You can eat light snacks like fruits, nuts, dry fruits, select biscuits, roasted snacks (you can carry these, even when you travel) • Drink plenty of water, at least about 10 glasses in a day • At client dinners, avoid fried foods, opt for roasted or tandoor items. Try salads without heavy dressings, low fat yoghurts • Ideally eat something light before you head out for dinner, so your appetite is automatically curtailed • Avoid aerated drinks with your liquor, use soda/water instead • Try and avoid long dinner-outs.
