  4. 4. LogicalArgumentation: Statistics
  5. 5. Obamacare is not going Logical to bring down medicalArgumentation: costs. Because the law does not make any Reason + changes to the high costs Evidence of medical malpractice insurance that all doctors need to buy in order to avoid being sued, medical care will still be just as expensive.
  6. 6. Emotional Argumentation: Appeal to emotionBen just celebrated his 7thbirthday and like most kids heloves to play soccer andhorse around with hisbuddies. However, unlikemost kids, Ben was born withtetralogy of Fallot, acongenital heart defect thatrequired surgery soon afterbirth.
  7. 7. Pathos--Emotional Argumentation: Framing [G]overnment health care will not reduce the cost; it will simply refuse to pay the cost. And who will suffer the most when they ration care? The sick, the elderly, and the disabled, of course. The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obamas "death panel" so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their "level of productivity in society," whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil. Sarah Palin
