The Solution <ul><li>Process begins with identifying existing available staff resources </li></ul><ul><li>Focus on redesigning Math Paraeducator roles and responsibilities </li></ul><ul><li>New non-classroom based position was created—Instructional Data Analyst (IDA) </li></ul><ul><li>Established professional development </li></ul>
