Beyond Mobile - Multi-device and multi-channel content strategy for improved customer experience - CS ORG UK, 2012-04

Mobile is "today's big thing" - the new channel that traditional web publishers must contend with. Drawing comparison on how traditional print publishers (poorly) reacted to the introduction of the web, and the many pitfalls of putting all our eggs in the "today's big thing" basket, this presentation details the problem presented by multi-format - and it's far more complex than smartphones. We then look at an information architecture and technological approach to building scalable, future-proof solutions using structured content.
