Display Comments in Word Docs Using Reviewing Toolbar

Comments are added to Word documents as part of the “Reviewing” suite and thus
the Reviewing toolbar should be displayed.
To do this select “View Toolbars
Reviewing”

- 2. Select “Show” and check the “Comments” option.
The way in which comments are displayed depends, in part, on
which page view option is selected in the “View” menu.
As with most elements of MS Word there are other ways of displaying comments. You might also try
selecting “View Markup”. This will show all mark-up elements on the document – this includes

comments.
