This survey questionnaire asks respondents to rate on a 5-point scale the level of importance of various technologies in academic performance. The technologies include using presentation software, computer games and simulations, digital images, word processing, surfing the internet, email, projectors and video screens, PDAs/smart phones, maritime simulators, and online library resources. Respondents are asked to check the box that best describes their feeling about each statement using a rating scale that interprets the numbers from 1 to 5 as levels of agreement from strongly disagree to strongly agree regarding the importance of each technology.
