In the past decade, Nokia was one of the top cellphone worldwide organization. However, in recent years, it has enormously fallen. This is not a result of their quality or innovation. This is a direct result of the poor leadership style and the dysfunctional team, which limited Nokia. Their poor leadership style prompts to lack of trust, misbalance, broken and absence of vision, and hired wrong person.
