Thus, they will have to undergo Faculty Training Programme. The Faculty Training Programme would be conducted twice a year for sure and may be thrice if the situation so demands. </li></ul>Sales and Marketing Trainings : Counsellor and sales staff training would be conducted once every year. Apart from the organized training programme, there would be on the site training by the Franchisee Support Team member on a regular basis during his visits to franchisees sales staff. Advertisement and Marketing Support </li></ul><ul><li>There is no standard commitment of Advertisements or Marketing support in any form or media such as newspaper, radio, banner etc. However, </li></ul><ul><li>KarROX would coordinate amongst Franchisees of particular region for Joint Press Advertisement Plan and execute the same provided all franchisees agree on the created plan and budget. </li></ul><ul><li>All marketing collaterals such as brochures, leaflets etc will carry addresses and contact details of all locations. </li></ul><ul><li>The necessary creative, designs and artworks would be provided to the franchisee in open files format for ease of use. Technology Support </li></ul><ul><li>KarROX will advise on all hardware and software configurations and specifications according to which only, a franchisee needs to set up its lab at the centre. </li></ul><ul><li>KarROX is in process of implementation of state of art ERP all across centers in India and abroad to enable smooth functioning and control of centre. The license for the same would be provided to the franchisee without any upfront cost. However, a charge of Rs.65/- only per enrolment would be applicable for same. </li></ul><ul><li>7.   34. 34. <ul><li>TERMS OF FRANCHISE </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The initial agreement is for a tenure of three (3) years </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Option to renew for another term, under mutual agreement </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>The franchisee fee varies between INR 3,50,000 to INR 5, 00,000 plus applicable taxes for the term of initial agreement of three (3) years as per KarROX Model. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Royalty is charged @ 20% inclusive of courseware and is based on the gross fee collection. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>The Franchisee will have to sell programs at stipulated fees as defined by KarROX .
