Although interactive content and virtual reality tools are widely used in many museums all over the world, they haven't yet become as popular in Ukraine, so the Museum of News was truly a cultural breakthrough. Around 100 000 people visited the exhibition in just 3 weeks (March 3-26, 2017). Up to 500 excursions were held. The youngest visitor was just 7 years old. The oldest visitor was a 92-year-old Auschwitz survivor, scientist in mechanical engineering Ihor Malytskyi. An average time spent at the museum was around 2.5 hours. The number of media publications was 388. Total media coverage of the project was over 7 879 700 people. More than 7900 photos from the museum were published on Instagram.

15. IDEA
This project was created with the sole purpose – to show that news
is an integral part of your life, that you are the news creator and its
hero; that you decide how long a piece of news should live; that it only
depends on you whether news brings harm or benefit. News will never
end until the history goes on.

the project, the word «news» in people’s

20. CONCEPT
The project concept describes 10 halls with interactive
zones, where each tells the visitors about the main news
of Ukraine for 25 years of its Independence, acquaints them
with the ins and outs of TV production, tells about the role
of a journalist, operator, anchor and other participants
of the news production and also demonstrates the impact
of news on society and individuals.

6 tons and a Hall «Production» for which
5000 meters of wire were used..
