CURRENT ISSUES IN SUPPLY CHAIN & RECOMMENDATIONS Problem Solution • Use fundamental bases of cost, innovation, quality and services • Should look at the customer's perspective • Issues in satisfying customer demand • Need to adjust its strategy to changing demand also • Risks with regard lies within perishable items • Risk management • Wastage in peak harvest time • Take actions to minimize wastage • Doesn’t help much to social development • Provide farmers more prices
