On April 26th, 2017, Nikolas Badminton presented to delegates from the Ontario Government in a one-day conference called Smart Moves: Modern Ways to Regulate.

This presentation talks about the 'Fantastic 6' - Big Data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing, Renewable Editing, and Gene Editing/Personalized Medicine.

A Framework for Predictive Government was also presented.
