  3. 3. Nissan Cube Los Angeles, CA 2009. An Animated 1/4 scale model of the Nissan Cube. Fabricated for an industrial textile trade show in Milan, Italy. This piece was machine carved then hand finished, detailed and sectioned into panels. We molded the car and it's components in silicone rubber then cast the body and windows in fiberglass epoxy resin. All of the parts and panels of the vehicle were made to be removable so that the body could be stretched in our clients super stretch white fabric. The lights were hollowed out and sculpted in the negative to give the impression of a real lens then cast in crystal clear pressurized resin. The head and tail lights were air brushed and polished while the windows were painted automotive black and clear coated. The Cube’s Eye’s move from left to right and blink. The mouth smiles and smirks and cheeks move in and out of the bumper.

Cast in concrete with stainless steel structure then tiled in colored glass with tinted thin-set and grout. On permanent display in the Theater and Art’s district on Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood, Spring 2009. The Getty Museum and Villa 2008/2009. Bottom left: Sculpted replica of Pietro Cipriani’s “Dancing Faun” for demonstration on lost wax and investment casting. Molded in silicone rubber and cast in semi-translucent resin to appear like wax. On display at the Getty Museum Spring 09. Bottom right: Foam sculpted and lathe turned replica of a ancient Greek Euphronios Krater with hand painted illustrations. On display at The Getty Villa, Spring 2009.
  5. 5. Disney Toy Story 2, Pixar Play Parade and Woody’s Round up at California Adventure 2008. Two integrated anima- tion parade floats that include: spraying water guns, mechanical sea-saw, moving dinosaur eyes, struc- tural swing bars, live acrobats, entertainers and animatronic puppets. Operated as lead sculptor and mold maker with a crew of 25. Coordinated with Disney art directors, metal, body and paint shops to realize all 3D sculptural elements and insure design accuracy. Sculpted T-Rex and Pig. All sculpted in foam then fiberglass cast from plaster waste molds.
  6. 6. . The Mummy 3, Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2007. Sculpted statue of Jet Li as the Dragon Emperor with body armor as well as Terra cotta warriors, snakes and chariot horses. All elements were carved in foam or modelled in oil and water clay then cast in a tough/dry stone mix with chopped fiber and wood armatures. Army of over five hundred warriors were sculpted in the traditional chinese style and cast from silicone molds.
  7. 7. Beverly Hills City Hall 2007. Sculpted tulips for acclaimed Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. Sculpted in foam and cast in fiberglass from plaster waste molds and fabricated with 5” bent steel tube. On permanent display at Beverly Gardens Park, located on Santa Monica Blvd and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA.
  8. 8. Dinsneyland Hong Kong, Mickey’s Water Works Parade 2007. Four integrated animation parade floats including: Water Works Heat Alarm, with Buzz light Year Car, Toy Vacum, Watering Can and Monstro 5000. Equipped with water spray systems, air blowers and sound effects for summer festival. All sculptural elements were hand sculpted in foam then cast in fiberglass from plaster waste molds.
  9. 9. Walt Disney World Orlando FL. Pirates and Prin- cess Festival 2006. Sculpted 35ft Pirate ship parade float with smoke animated canons, lighting, live entertain- ers, grapple ropes and sound effects. All sculptural elements were modelled by hand in foam aside from figurehead (clay) and cast in fiberglass from plaster waste molds. Individually sculpted figurehead, skulls and bones, rear side balus- trade (top and bottom) as well as lower rear crest.

Personally sculpted caterpillar, tiger and geese. Mother nature with water fountains in each hand and arches were a combined three sculptor effort. First place award for Legend of Mother Earth (Bottom right) sculpture.

Sculpted elements include: moving front hands with grill and rear hands with broom, lava lamps, bicycle seat and bird a top. Also, (below) sculpted Mickey Mouse for Disney Hotel in Orlando FL.
  12. 12. A series of commissioned oil on canvas paintings inspired from photo- graphic references and artist interpreta- tion. Created in a combined method employ- ing impasto paint application techniques with naturalistic and impressionist styles. Paintings range in size from 30X50 to 50X80.

  14. 14. A series of figurative bronze sculptures inspired by dance, acrobats and gestural movement. Sculpted in clay, molded in brush-up rubber molds and cast in the lost wax method then treated with a variety of hot patina’s. Exhibited at Gallery Espace and Gallery De L’ile in Montreal QC.
  15. 15. Universal Studios King Kong 2006. Sculpted rock formations for Universal Studios Theme Park ride. Carved in foam to replicate the set and opening scene from King Kong the movie. Cast in fiberglass and coated with duratech and a faux stone finish. Also (below), sculptural and masonry restoration on The Canada Power Corporation and Montreal Herald buildings.
