Tips we learnt from developing Apps: • Keep it simple – focus on main features • Specify your audience • Carry out extensive testing and user testing • Be prepared to change your concept • Think carefully about the required features • Think about the design • Think multi-platform • Always remember the user is in control

Conclusions Guinness & Fanta • Always have client meetings • Advice client about mobile strategy: Strongly/A little • Create storyboard & mock-ups/wireframes in collaboration with client • Get approval for design and features (avoid multiple correction rounds) •Think multi-platform (low-end phones: 300KB) • Once the app is ready - TEST (with client & children (users!!) • Black box testing • White box testing • Guinness: 6 weeks – Fanta 3 weeks
