How is it done ? <ul><li>planning – planning – planning - planning </li></ul><ul><li>► before planning it is </li></ul><ul><li>essential to “ground” </li></ul><ul><li>That everyone participates in the whole process – all meetings etc. </li></ul><ul><li>That you all are clear on each other and the assignment. </li></ul><ul><li>That you are clear on the role of each member of the team. </li></ul><ul><li>That everyone is committed to project. </li></ul><ul><li>That you establish a meeting culture, so that all are clear on status and what is next. </li></ul>
