  6. 6. <ul><li>KOKEVA Osaaja –project in general (2) </li></ul><ul><li>produces models and materials to train the working place instructors (trainers), </li></ul><ul><li>takes into consideration the needs of students, entrepreneurship, top-skills and employment in its’ outputs </li></ul><ul><li>also produces solutions to both curriculum and teaching methods that relate to the need to improve and maintain teachers’ vocational competence and know-how in working life co-operation. </li></ul>
  7. 7. <ul><li>KOKEVA Osaaja operates in three sectors: </li></ul><ul><li>Groups of 10-20 people are formed in VET organisations, in which the training of working place instructors (trainers) is performed. </li></ul><ul><li>Field and trade specified teachers’ vocational competence development groups are operational 16.1.2009–5.5.2010. The fields are: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>electrical and automation engineering </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>mechanical, metal and energy engineering </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>textiles and clothing technology and crafts and design (textiles and clothing) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>business and commerce 1 (customer service and selling) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>business and commerce 2 (office, bookkeeping ) </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The third operational sector is the teachers’ instructed working life periods </li></ul>
