  8. 8. May 13, 2011 LBD Events <ul><li> Festival opens at 10 am - 4 pm. Everyone has to be at the Festival at least 30 min before they are scheduled for briefing. Staff is required to show up in Black pants or skirts - Shirts with logo will be delivered on the day. Restrooms are located in the white building - look for signs.
