  • Very often we turn to HR, great! But when there is no HR, we can still do it as a small company.
  • So how can you get started, we will share three of our main ideas with you:
  • 1) Encourage not just your Managers and top performing employees to share their knowledge, but everyone.If your employees are located in different parts of the country, let them create course about what’s learnt in the field. 2) This will be the focus of our session today. (That’s why the bubble is bigger) When we talk about creating courses and sharing knowledge, the best way to encourage employees is to make it as easy as possible. People want to focus on the content creation and not on finding3) People need incentives for most behaviour in the organization. Same applies to learning and educating others. So you might want to allocate awards to people who are able to create time to pass knowledge to others or other forms of incentive system to encourage sustainability.
  • So as earlier mentioned, let’s take a closer look at eLearning.
  • It's a fact than an increasing number of firms are relying on learning technology to help their business move forward. According to 2011 Towards Maturity Benchmark Survey, 72% of the 600 companies surveyed said that learning technologies such as eLearning and mobile learning helped their business adapt more quickly to change, an increase of 11% on last year.
  • What are the benefits you can obtain as a company by adopting elearning as a channel for creating a learning environment.
  • Compared to face to face training, using a online learning or blended learning can help reduce the cost of training. Use the statistics to emphasize your point
