Conversation Fire

  1. 1. Conversation Confidence Guide Review – What I Really ThinkEduard Ezeanu a 5 year Conversation Confidence coach provides a very good read in hisConversation Confidence Guide. It’s not too long as a matter of fact it’s only 27 pages and for aguy like me who does not love to read he did a really good job to grab my attention. He starts out be defining specific keywords such as Conversation, Confidence, Anxiety, Attitude among others. He then gets into the benefits of being Conversation Confident and he lists about (9) nine benefits of such confidence. He also touches on the steps that need to be taken and the whole process of gaining Conversation Confidence. There are (3) tree steps he mentions:Step 1 – AwarenessStep 2 – StretchingStep 3 – EmpowermentAwareness is broken down into 4 key elements. One such element is Limiting Beliefs…Doubts! And he touches on that in great detail using the FLB demonstration. This is The Four-Leaf Cloverof Limiting Beliefs which in his guide you are given a pictorial demonstration of how it workswhich in my opinion is a pretty neat way of getting his point across. He also mentions what he calls ANT’s (Automatic Negative Thoughts) and he believe that theseANTs manifest themselves through our LB’s (Limiting Beliefs) or what I like to call our Doubts.Stretching is what he sees as the behavioral change step of the method. Your attitude towardsbecoming more confident in your conversations. The guide also mentions a couple of goldenrules of stretching.Stretch in one direction at a time – Set very specific stretching goals and act on them. Veryspecific goals make it much easier to take action.Push gently - Go out of your comfort zone far enough to feel discomfort, but not too much ofit.
  2. 2. Keep moving forward - Your comfort zone will expand. Continue to challenge yourself and buildon the previous progress.and the final golden rule:Notice the external effects of stretching – Focus externally and not internally. Look at the otherperson during conversation and notice their real reactions.Empowerment is said to be the direct and deliberate change of your thinking with respect toconversation. There are some strategic rules for empowerment which the Guide mentions:1. Combine stretching with empowerment. When you face your fears related to conversation, directly change your thinking at the same time.2. Focus on one direction at a time. Otherwise you’re spreading yourself too thin.3. Keep moving forward. Stretching and empowerment are like two runners running at thesame pace. This is a review site:Click Here to visit the Official Eduard Ezeanu’s Conversation Confidence Guide Website.HOW I REALLY FEEL ABOUT THIS GUIDE?I personally believe that Eduard Ezeanu’s Conversation Confidence Guide is a must have if you, like me, suffer from not having the kind of confidence we should when in conversation. It’s quitea simplistic read and everyone can understand and pick out what they need to get from it. Thecool thing about this guide is that it also comes loaded with audio clips as well so if you, like me,don’t like to read than it is also available for your listening pleasure (BIG THUMBS UP).Overall I believe this to be a great product and would recommend it to everyone. Don’t hesitateto get your copy. It worked wonders for me and I’m sure it will do the same for you.Greg!! Click Here to visit the Official Eduard Ezeanu’s Conversation Confidence Guide Website.
