About the Client: The client is a leading multi-national technology company that designs and
manufactures the electronic connectors, components and systems. It has a presence across 21
countries serving customers in over 150 countries and with approximately 500000 products. It was also
named one of Thomson Reuters top 100 Global Innovators for 2013.
Business Challenge: The client faced issues maintaining the infrastructure for handling its various
websites since its different support vendors were operating on different SLAs. It required a unified
website that works seamlessly across geographies, locales, devices and browsers. The client required
Neev to build a completely personalized web experience offering end-to-end engineering solutions to
the customers.
Solution: Neev provided an integrated solution that maximized the working of the existing AEM,
Hybris, Endeca Search, Oracle Eloqua and COGNOS systems to provide a completely personalized and
responsive digital experience across geographies, locales, browsers and devices. We carried out an
extensive study of client’s IT infrastructure and held interactions with internal support teams and other
technology support vendors. Neev helped the client create a comprehensive and all-vendor-inclusive
technical support unit that functions as a part of client’s own IT team, under a single support policy.

9. Unification of Various Portals into an AEM-based Portal and Providing 24/7 Application Support
About the Client: A 110+ year old American multinational automaker headquartered in US, the
client sells automobiles, commercial vehicles and luxury cars.
Business Challenge: The client has many different portals. It wanted to consolidate these
different portals into one umbrella portal based on AdobeCQ. Owing to the inherent
advantages provided by AdobeCQ in comparison with Fatwire like simple technical
implementation and savings on time, the client wanted to migrate from Fatwire to AdobeCQ.
Solution: During development, coding standards were adhered to in order to avoid code
leakages. The portal was integrated with Mzinga blog. Java was used to apply business rules.
Backend integration was made possible by the use of SIMBA framework which was developed
using Struts.
Top Features and Challenges:
• Response time was reduced from 50 seconds to 10 seconds.
• A Custom framework named SIMBA framework developed to satisfy the unique
requirements.
• 247 support provided.
• Availability of minimal online resources for learning Fatwire was a challenge.

About the Client: Based in Australia, the client is Asia-Pacific's leading provider of funeral services. It has a
presence in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
Business Challenge: The client has a large number of sites built on different platforms such as Sitecore, Refract
and Dreamweaver. It wanted to consolidate these sites to one single platform that is in line with the broader
digital strategy and plans. After completing an evaluation process, the client identified Adobe as the best
foundation for their digital transformation and therefore planned to move all current and future sites to the
Adobe platform.
Solution: The client selected Neev as its partner to lead this digital transformation based on our core digital
expertise and knowledge of the Adobe platform. The engagement comprised a migration (or lift & shift). The
objective for the build phase was to develop the required site templates (Templates 1,2 & 3) and corresponding
components and integration points within Adobe CQ5 over a 90-day period. The project was run using the Agile
methodology with the client team playing a key role in prioritization of build items in each sprint.
Top Features and Challenges:
• Salesforce integration.
• User-friendly interface.
• Insurance calculator functionality.
• Successful migration while retaining the same functionality, responsive design and user experience used by
the original sites was a challenge.
• The migration had to have minimal impact with zero downtime.
