  4. 4. Benefits of Flipping the Classroom  Students can move at their own pace  Videos can be replayed  More of the class time can be used to do research and to get more individual help
  5. 5. Pedagogy and Innovation Symposium  1/3 of students are Millennials  They have not lived in an age without internet  Khan Academy, Udacity, Coursera, edX, Udemy, MOOC, Voicethread  More and more college classes are online or using blended instruction
