  6. 6.  The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts is an Indian luxury hospitality group founded in 1986 by Captain C. P. Krishnan Nair,[1] who named it after his wife. Currently The Leela - as it is commonly referred to, is a group of seven luxury palaces and hotels, located inMumbai, Goa, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Gurgaon, Uda ipur and New Delhi. The group has plans to open new hotels in Chennai (2011) and later in Coimbatore and Agra, Lake Ashtamudi (Kollam, Kerala) and Jaipur.[2] The company has marketing alliances with Germany-based Kempinski; US-based Preferred Hotels and Resorts and is member of Global Hotel Alliance based in Geneva, Switzerland

We showed this task in front Mrs. Shefali bhardwaj and all classmates with in group of six persons named as: I MR.NITESH CHANDEL, MS.SAKSHI THAKUR, MS. ANU KASHYAP, MS.DIKSHA, MR.VINOD, MR.VISHAL NEGI

  11. 11.  With the help of role play we showed the reservation, registration, guest stay, and departure . Also there was a problem which had no solution in our roleplay of Mrs. Sangeeta chawla who didn’t returned the hairdrawer provided by hotel . Because Steward omitted to note the detail of it so hotel deducted his salary. Ms. Sakshi Thakur was playing as Miss Sangeeta Chawla, Ms. Anu as Reservation Executive, Ms.Diksha as FOE ,Mr. Vishal as bellboy, Mr. Vinod as chauffeur and I Nitesh Chandel as Asst. FOE Manager.
