  43. 54. Date of bringing into use of frequency assignments to space networks <ul><li>9.1 Advance publication procedure shall be initiated not earlier than 7 years before the planned date of bringing into use of the network. </li></ul>
  44. 55. Date of bringing into use (2) <ul><li>11.44 The notified date of bringing into use of any frequency assignment to a space station shall be not later than 7 years following the date of receipt by the BR of the relevant information under 9.1. </li></ul>
