III. My Action Plan,[object Object],	Now that you have specific goals, think about what you will do or contribute in order to achieve your goals. Consider the following questions as you put your Action Steps together. ,[object Object]
III. My Action Plan,[object Object],What do I want to contribute to NAWBO?Consider your goals and inherent strengths and talents. For example, if your desire is to gain exposure for your business or create friendships, consider scheduling one-on-one meetings outside of the monthly meetings, joining a committee or taking on a board position etc. ,[object Object]
III. My Action Plan,[object Object],	If you are a natural born planner, share your talent as a committee or board member while achieving your goal of gaining exposure and expanding your social circle. III. My Action Plan,[object Object],What will you do to proactively address potential issues so they do not take you off course? ,[object Object]

III. My Action Plan,[object Object],What do you tend to avoid? Your actions are more effective when you choose actions that are congruent with who you are. ,[object Object]
III. My Action Plan,[object Object],	For example, if you’re shy, you may not feel comfortable asking a casual acquaintance for a one-on-one meeting. However, you could ask a member to introduce you, or to host a luncheon with the person you want to meet. You could exchange services to thank your friend for her efforts. List your potential obstacles and the strategies you will take to prevent them from becoming roadblocks.,[object Object]
III. My Action Plan,[object Object],Create your Action Checklist. These are actions you will take to achieve the SMART goals you created above. ,[object Object], ,[object Object],Action Steps:	Ideal Completion Date: ,[object Object], ,[object Object],,[object Object], ,[object Object],,[object Object],,[object Object], ,[object Object]
