สาคัญๆ เช่น แพ้ยา
• ความทันเวลา (Timeliness)
– มีข้อมูลสุขภาพสาคัญๆ ของผู้ป่วย ที่เข้าถึงได้รวดเร็ว รวมทั้งกรณีฉุกเฉิน
– กรณีผู้ป่วยส่งต่อ เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบ EMS และรถ Refer
– มีระบบ Dashboard และ Tracking ที่ดี จัดการผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน/fast track ได้เร็ว
