The Indian hospitality industry has emerged as one of the key industries driving growth of

Hotels are classified based on the number of facilities and services provided by them.
Hotels classified under the Ministry of Tourism enjoy different kinds of benefits such as tax
incentives, interest subsidies, and import benefits. Due to lengthyand complex processes
for such classification, a significant portion of the hotels in India still remain unclassified.

The Jaipur railway station is the life line of the city and is used by the locals as well
as travelers visiting Jaipur which brings it into focus very prominently. The area
behind the hotel is dumped with debris and waste as currently metro work is in
