Editor's Notes

  • Location of Four Cases against existing and proposed sewer envelope.
  • Within Clarksburg Master Plan But adjacent to Germantown and Agriculture and Open Space Within the Clarksburg SPA Circle 10 – Request to defer action pending the rezoning application.
  • Extension will have to be from the gravity sewer line, not the pressure sewer line, which is much farther away. There will be one stream crossing. Also historically, homes abutting the pressure sewer are allowed to tap in, particularly in cases of failing septics.
  • At the direction of the County Council, staff met with the applicant on November 5, 2010 to review a concept for the church. We were asked how the concept could conform to the master plan. Comments from staff are on circle 35.
  • Within the Glen Hills Neighborhood and the Piney Branch Special Protection Area
