This document outlines a lesson plan to teach 10th grade students about the Johari Window model over the course of a week. It analyzes the class of 14 girls and 8 boys, some of whom have IEPs. Each day of the week is dedicated to explaining a different part of the Johari Window: open self on Tuesday, hidden self on Wednesday, blind self on Thursday, and unknown self on Friday. The objective is for students to understand all parts of the Johari Window with over 85% comprehension by week's end using computer technology and printed materials.
