In order to increase product quality and to minimize energy consumption and impact on the environment, it is necessary to optimize the food process design and operation. Therefore, the aim of this work was to study the optimization feasibility of the milk pasteurization process using programmable logic controller (PLC) & Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA)
Principle idea of this project is to show automation of milk pasteurization & homogenization using Allen Bradley RS Logix 500 software and Wonder ware Intouch 9.5 software.

ConclusionConclusion  The automation of Milk Processing in the Dairy Field is Controlled and Monitored the Pasteurization and Homogenization Process of Milk by using PLC ( Allen Bradely ) and SCADA ( Intouch ) Effectively  Conventional method of control and maintenance of Processing of Milk are now affectively replaced with state of the Microprocessor based PLC System, which made the control and maintenance easy, efficient and flexible.
