  2. 2. Okay You Have Your Business Opportunity - Now What?<br />Pretty much all home based businesses like MLM, direct sales or top tier opportunities tell you to “Build a List!!”<br />

Why Do You Need to Build a List<br />Having a list of people to market your product or opportunity to is even more important than knowing everything there is to know about your product or opportunity. <br />Think of it this way. The company that you are associated with already has resources available like informational websites, videos, CDs, pamplets etc. If you have these resources already available through your main opportunity company, you don't really need to know all the hows and all the whys to explain to a potential prospect. You can just refer those people to the informational websites, videos, give them a CD, hand them a pamplet. You get what I mean. <br />
  4. 4. The Key is Attraction Marketing<br />So what is attraction marketing? Well it is very simple really. You want to market your business opportunity to people who are actually looking for what you have to offer. The best way to find these people is not by making a list of everyone you ever knew. Think about it this way. You may be able to build a list of 100-150 people that you know. But if you learn the skills to tap into the millions of people that are searching for ways to earn money from home this is really a no brainer. Millions of interested people vs. 100-150 non-interested people. I think you get it.<br />
  5. 5. How to Get Started<br />The first step is to choose what group of people that you want to market your product to. A great place to start is the MLM or home based business opportunity niche. The reason for this is you already have people that are familiar with how these types of businesses work and are more open to hearing about what you have to offer. <br /> An even better strategy is to market solutions to this niche. Let me explain. <br /> If you think about it what does every MLM, direct sales and network marketer have in common. They struggle with finding people to introduce their business to (leads), knowing how to recruit and sponsor these leads into their business, trouble talking to people over the phone (not knowing what to say) and trouble with keeping people engaged in their business. <br /> Well if you had the solutions that could solve these problems for the struggling network marketer don't you think they would pay attention to what you have to say and listen. YES they would.<br />
  6. 6. Affiliate What?<br />Yes Affiliate Marketing. This is one of the easiest ways to make money on the internet especially for a newbie marketer. <br />As an affiliate marketer you do not have to worry about creating products, website issues or customer support. You can promote your affiliate links and sit back and get paid. <br />And more often than not affiliates get paid more than the product owner. Why? Because the product owners know there are a lot of competing products out there. If they payout a very good commission then affiliates are willing to promote the owners products. It is a win win situation. <br />
