  3. 3. The CieAura Compensation Plan is designed to allow Immediate Income as well as the potential for Long-Term Residual Viability. A person becomes a CieAura Independent Retailer by completing the CieAura onlineapplication and purchasing a $39* USD Business Center. This new Retailer receives a CieAurawebsite, an online retail store and access to full virtual office service for 12 months. The annual renewal fee for these services is $39* USD a year. The new CieAura Independent Retailer is now qualified to purchase products at wholesale and sell them at retail. There is no product purchase required to become an Independent Retailer with CieAura.At CieAura there are 7 ways our Retailers can be compensated: 1. Retail Profits 2. Preferred Customer Profits 3. First Order Commissions 4. Team Sales Commissions 5. Seven-Level Unlimited Matching Bonuses 6. Global Bonus Pool 7.   4. 4. Retail Profits Your retail profit is the difference between the wholesale price you pay and the retail price you chargeyour customer. When you make the sale in person, you receive your retail profit immediately. When the retailsale is purchased through your replicated website your retail profit is paid to you by the company. Preferred Customer Profits Enroll Preferred Customers and earn a commission on their purchases. People want to bePreferred Customers because when they purchase on Autoship they receive a discount, saving up to $10 perindividual monthly pack. For every 5 - 6 packs they purchase, the accumulated savings is like getting one free.Preferred Customers can also purchase as many products as they wish each month and still receive the samespecial Preferred Customer savings. Preferred Customers can even change to a different product every monthwithout losing their discounted price. • Because the Preferred Customer can receive significant discounts on certain products and the selling retailer is paid a substantial commission when one of the discounted products are sold, the CSV for the sales team is calculated at approximately 50% of the normal CSV. First Order Commissions (FOC) When you enroll a new retailer that chooses to purchase one of the Initial Product Packages*, we willpay First Order Commissions to you, the sponsoring Retailer.There are currently several choices of Initial Product Packages to choose from: • A Diamond Home Pack for $299.00 • A Diamond Business Pack for $599.00 • A Premium Advantage Pack for $1,359.00 • A Diamond Premium Pack for $1,675.00 Initial Product Packages First Order Commissionable Sales Volume Commission (CSV) (FOC) Diamond Home Pack $25 250 Diamond Business Pack $50 500 Premium Advantage Pack $75 1000 Diamond Premium Pack $100 1500When a new Retailer optionally upgrades by purchasing the difference between the pack that they originallypurchased and a larger product package, a First Order Commission (FOC) is paid to the sponsoring Retailerand the CSV for the upgrade rolls upline.Example, if your personally sponsored Retailer purchases a Diamond Home Pack (250 CSV) and upgrades toDiamond Premium Pack (1500 CSV), you will earn the difference of $75 First Order Commission and 1250 CSVfor the upgrade order. (Upgrade First Order Commissions and upgrade CSV values may be calculateddifferently during a promotion period.)* There is no product purchase required to become an Independent Retailer with CieAura.   5. 5. Team Sales Commissions Your personal organization is a two-team structure [see diagram]. All of your efforts will be focused onthese two teams. Although you build two sales teams, CieAura’s compensation plan is nothing like what hasbeen traditionally referred to as a “binary” plan.•There are no “cycles”•There is no “binary creep” (unreasonable fluctuating payout amounts),•Each “leg” is known as a “Sales Team”•There are no difficult “cumulative sales” requirementsHelping others is easy;there is no high pressure sellingor convincing. Simply let people try theproduct and refer them to the website.CieAura’s two-team structure is apowerful building strategy becauseit is coupled with Cooperative TeamBuilding (and spill-over). It createsgeometric growth leading to thepotential for significant financialrewards.CieAura’s compensation plan givesa new or part-time person an honestchance at success yet creates a realopportunity for full-time andexperienced networkers to be paidwhat they are really worth.All qualified Active Retailers will earn 10% of the total CSV in the lesser volume team (Pay Team) per week.Think of it this way: for every individual packet sold by your Pay Team, you receive $3.00. A maximum TeamSales Commissions of $25,000 (10% of 250,000 CSV) can be earned per week. No more than 250,000 CSVwill be carried forward in the greater team from week to week.In order to be qualified to receive Team Sales Commissions, a Retailer must remain Active and haveobtained the rank of Two Star Retailer, or higher.• An Active Two Star Retailer is one who has either generated 100 PSV or optionally purchased an Initial Product Package, is personally Active with a minimum 30 PSV per month, and has personally enrolled a minimum of 2 Star Retailers (with one on the left and one on the right sales team) that are both Active with a minimum 30 PSV per month. A 30 PSV monthly Autoship (every 30 days) is a good way to guarantee that all remain personally Active and eligible for Team Sales commissions.• Active Two Star Retailers, or higher, are eligible to receive Team Sales Commissions (10% pay team sales volume in dollars up to $25,000 per week). Star Retailers that remain Active with a minimum 30 PSV per month accrue Left and Right CSV.Team Sales Commissions are based on the sales that take place between Sunday at 12:00 AM through thefollowing Saturday at 11:59:59 PM (23:59:59) Central Standard Time. Seven-Level Unlimited Matching Bonuses CieAura’s compensation plan pays a Matching Bonus of up to 30% of the Team Sales Commissions of anyone you have personally sponsored, no matter where he or she is positioned if you have the rankof an Active Four Star Retailer, or higher, and meet monthly PSV requirements.. In addition, you can receive aMatching Bonus on the Team Sales Commission income of “THEIR” personally sponsored Retailers. Thiscontinues to cascade down through sevengenerations deep. A personally sponsored Retailer is consideredfirst generation or “level”.Subsequently, when a personally sponsoredRetailer sponsors a new Retailer, those newRetailers become your second generation, andso on down through seven levels.The level of Matching Bonuses a Retailerreceives is determined by meeting specifiedrank requirements, including number ofpersonally sponsored Active Star Retailers**and their placement on the Left or Right SalesTeams (see Ranks table for details).Stable organizations are built and long-termincome is created by placing Active StarRetailers** equally in both the Left Sales Teamand Right Sales Team. The chart below explainsthe increasing Matching Bonus percentages and Levels achieved based on Rank advancement. MatchingBonuses are paid only to Active Four Star Retailers and above who have at least 30 PSV in the last 30 days andwho have personally sponsored a minimum of 4 Active Star Retailers, 2 on the Right Sales Team and 2 on theLeft. To receive 100% of eligible Matching Bonus percentages, a qualified Retailer must have at least 60 PSV inthe last 30 days. Active Four Star Retailers, or higher, with 30 PSV in the last 30 days will receive 50% of eligibleMatching Bonus percentages. Do you want half the money or all of the money?**Active Star Retailer means having purchased a Business Center and generated 100 PSV or optionally purchased anInitial Product Package, and maintain a minimum 30 PSV in the last 30 days with a personal order or Autoship, retail orPreferred Customer sale.   7. 7. Global Bonus PoolThe Global Bonus Pool (GBP) is designed to help the newest Retailers in CieAura generate an income as theybuild their business. Here’s how it works: • Three percent (3%) of CSV generated worldwide is paid back monthly to qualified Retailers based on share volume calculated at the rate of 1 share for every 1,000 CSV generated from a Retailer’spersonal genealogy. Each month, 3% of total worldwide CSV divided by total number of earned shares worldwide = the value of 1 share. For example: If your personal genealogy generates 5,250 CSV for the month, you would receive 5 shares. • To be qualified for the Global Bonus Pool (GBP) a Star Retailer: • must have achieved the rank of Four Star, or above, with at least 2 personally sponsored Active Star Retailers with 30 PSV in the last 30 days on each team, and • must have a minimum Personal Sales Volume of 150 PSV*, or generate 150 CSV from personally sponsoring new retailers, or a combination of PSV and CSV from personally sponsoring new retailers that totals 150, during the qualifying month. • Once a qualified Retailer earns at least $5,000 from Comp Plan Commissions (including GBP) during any one calendar month, he or she no longer participates in the Global Bonus Pool going forward. • Global Bonus Pool is paid monthly on the third Friday following the calendar month GBP was earned. For example, Global Bonus Pool earned in June would be paid on the third Friday of July with your regular commissions.*Monthly PSV can be a combination of sales to retail buyers, Preferred Customers (retail buyers who are on amonthly Autoship), personal purchases for personal use, person-to-person retail sales or for giving awaysamples to build your business. CieAura Dictionary of Terms:Active Retailer: An Active Retailer purchases a Business Center ($39) and has at least 30 Personal SalesVolume (PSV) in the last 30 days.Active Star Retailer: An Active Star Retailer purchases a Business Center ($39) and generates a minimum of100 PSV or optionally purchases an Initial Product Pack, and has at least 30 PSV in the last 30 days.AutoShip: The autoship program is designed to make it simple and easy for Active Retailers and customers toreceive their products monthly. By signing up for autoship, the product is sent every month, or every othermonth, automatically and the corresponding credit card is charged. This ensures that no one runs out ofproduct and that Retailers will always be qualified for commissions and bonuses.Business Center: This is the Retailer’s personal replicated website, online retail store and access to fullvirtual office service for 12 months, and reflects his or her position in the pay structure. The annual fee forthe Business Center will automatically renew every 12 months. The Business Center is deemed used uponpayment, based on the use of your CieAura website and Virtual Office, however is refundable on a pro-ratedbasis, should a retailer wish to no longer participate. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the refundpolicy listed in our Policies and Procedures.CSV: Commissionable Sales Volume -- all CieAura products and Initial Product Packs have a CSV point value.Whenever a purchase is made, the CSV accumulates in the Sales Team where the purchase occurs.Commissions are earned only when products are sold.Initial Product Packs: This is an optional purchase that a Retailer can make to start their business with asampling of all product offerings. We currently offer a Diamond Home Pack, Diamond Business Pack, PremiumAdvantage, and Diamond Premium Pack for Retailers to start their business with a sampling of all productofferings.First Order Commissions are paid to the referring Retailer (sponsor) when an Initial Product Pack is purchasedby a new Retailer.Pay Team: The smaller of a Retailer’s two sales team’s accumulated weekly CSV.Power Team: The larger of a Retailer’s two sales team’s accumulated weekly CSV.PSV: Personal Sales Volume -- PSV is generated by product sales from your personal CieAura website. Inorder to qualify for weekly Team Sales Commissions, a Retailer must personally generate at least 30(Commissionable Sales Volume) CSV in the last 30 days. Because it is personally generated, it is referred to asPersonal Sales Volume or PSV. PSV can be a combination of sales to retail customers from your website,Preferred Customers (retail customers who are on a monthly autoship) or personal purchases. Personalpurchases can be for either personal or family use, for person to person retail sales or to sample out to assist inbuilding your business. Personal autoship is one way to ensure that you are always qualified for and receive allearned commissions and bonuses.Qualified Retailer: See the Ranks, Rewards and Benefits chart which shows the qualifications to receivecommissions, bonuses and benefits. You can earn money simply by buying products at wholesale and selling them at retail; however tomaximize the compensation plan, youll want to build two sales teams. After you purchase your BusinessCenter, you may want to sign up to receive one or more one-month packets of our incredible holographic chipson monthly Autoship (that ensures that you never run out of product to build with, to use, and to sell).Next you ask people to try the product. Take aslong as you need. The key is to give out the product, so people can try them. When they try them, they willwant them!Q.) What does the $39 annual Business Center fee cover?A.) This may be the best value for $39 you’ll ever get.   14. 14. Q.) How do I earn commissions and bonuses and when are they paid?At CieAura there are 7 ways our Retailers can be compensated:1. Retail Profits - buy at wholesale – sell at retail (profit without the overhead of a store front, or warehouse).Retail sales are paid at the time of the sale or if the sale is made online, the profits are paid two weeks inarrears on Friday.2. Preferred Customer Profits – PCs purchase on autoship at a discount, saving up to $10 per order.Retailers receive a commission of up to $15.00 and the CSV is calculated at 50% of the retail sales volume foreach one-month-supply packet. Commissions are paid two weeks in arrears on Friday.3. First Order Commissions (FOC) – are paid two weeks in arrears on Friday • Diamond Home Pack sales pay $25 to the Retailer who referred the new person who made the purchase • Diamond Business Pack sales pay $50 to the Retailer who referred the new person who made the purchase. • Premium Advantage Pack (Chips Only) sales pay $75 to the Retailer who referred the new person who made the purchase. • Diamond Premium Pack sales pay $100 to the Retailer who referred the new person who made the purchase.4. Team Sales Commission – 10% of the weekly CSV total of the lesser volume team (called “Pay Team”),up to $25,000 per week. Team Sales Commissions are paid two weeks in arrears on Friday.5. Seven-Level Unlimited Matching Bonuses – To receive Matching Bonuses a Retailer must havepersonally referred people according to the Matching Bonus chart and all personal referrals must be Active.One of the outstanding points of CieAura’s compensation plan is that to maximize the Matching Bonuses teambuilding is required to be equal to both teams, making this extremely fair for all concerned.6. Global Bonus Pool – New and/or part-time qualified Retailers can receive a part of the company’s grosssales worldwide. Three percent (3%) of CSV world wide is paid back monthly based on share volume: Forevery 1,000 CSV generated from unilevel (personal genealogy) the Retailer earns 1 share (3% of total CSVdivided by total number of earned shares = the value of 1 share). When a Retailer’s monthly income hits$5000, including the GBP, he or she no longer participates in the Global Bonus Pool from that point forward.His or her shares now go to qualified Retailers making less than $5,000.7.   15. 15. Q.) Is there a limit on the number of Premium Advantage Packs a Retailer canpurchase?A.) Yes, you can only purchase 3 Premium Advantage or Diamond Premium Packs in any single calendarmonth and you must agree to sell the product at a retail price that exceeds CieAura’s normal wholesale price.Q.) What is the difference between the Pay Team and the Power Team?A.) Retailers build two sales teams, one on the right and one on the left. During the month CommissionableSale Volume accumulates as a result of the sale of products and the purchase of Initial Product Packs. At theend of each month, the Pay Team is the sales team that has the lesser CSV of the two teams; the Power Teamis the Sales Team that has more CSV.Q.) How are Team Sales Commissions determined?A.) The Team Sales Commission is 10% of the Pay Team volume. For example, if the Pay Team has 10,000CSV and the Power Team has 12,000 CSV, the Team Sales Commission paid to the qualified Retailer is$1,000.Q.) How does the Preferred Customer program work?A.) Some people will love the products, want to get them regularly, preferably at a discount and yet they maynot want to become a Retailer at this time. These are ideal candidates to become Preferred Customers. Whenthey go on line to purchase from your website, the computer will offer them the opportunity to become aPreferred Customer so they can get the products shipped directly to them regularly at a discount. They receivea discount of up to $10 and you receive a direct sales commission of up to $15. This is CieAura’s way ofencouraging Retailers to attract and sign up Preferred Customers. Because of the aggressive commission paidon Preferred Customer purchases, the is 50% of the normal CSV for each one-month packet. PreferredCustomer CSV counts towards the Retailers PSV. Preferred Customers do not take a position on a sales team(compensation structure). If at a later time they wish to become Retailers, they can purchase a businesscenter at which time they will be placed in the pay structure just like any other new Retailer.Q.) When do we get paid?A.) Commissions are paid on every Friday, two weeks in arrears, with the exception of the Global Bonus Poolwhich is paid once per month, one month in arrears, on the third Friday of each month.Q.)
