Systems and process design work were completed ahead of target enabling a sustainable supply chain management solution as an entrenched business methodology. Common business systems and related processes were deployed for in-bound and outbound supply chain elements of mining, refining and processing business units, while concurrently and practically improving safety performance in Site logistics operations. Regional logistic improvement projects and sustainable logistic operation services managed via a customer mine site focused team of logisticians. Brown-Field site improvement and Green-Field site logistics system establishment projects were managed utilizing central service teams and cross functional improvement teams. Operational reporting established for global comparison & best practice improvement focus for company logistic practices.
