What is Happiness?  You probably know the importance of achieving happiness already, as it would give you a good feeling.  Happiness makes you feel good.  It promotes many positive behaviors and actions that will benefit: yourself, your family, friends, co-workers, environment, society, and the world.
  3. 3. The Qualities of Happiness  You don’t need to defend yourself. If you’re doing the right thing, and other people disagree, you don’t need to justify yourself.  You create your own lifestyle. You don’t need others’ approval, resulting in a developing lifestyle that is different from anyone else’s.  You aren’t afraid to make mistakes because you know that you can always learn and improve.

You understand that people's happiness is your happiness.  You don’t act in a way to harm anyone or anything.  You do not waste things.  You acknowledge that other people's problems are your problems; so you try to do whatever you can to help, even if it’s a small thing.
