  2. 2. Do you ever feel like a mouse ina maze after a piece ofcheese, all the turns, all thechoices, all the dead ends? Allthe frustration? But, then there’s the cheese . . . Hmmm . . . What could this mean?
  3. 3. And now, think of that maze as symbolic of the twists, turns and roadblocksyou face running your business. All those decisions . . . Hmmm . . . What’snext?
  4. 4. Take it a step further and think of the maze as the choices you face as you work toward the reward of “that cheese,” which for you might be healthier, more productive employees.At each turn you have a choice.
  5. 5. Now, when you confront those bothersome barriers, consider thatsome, maybe many, are actually only perceived barriers . . . You will find that even complex problems are navigable. At each turn you have options. Remember, you’re after the “cheese,” so on you go . . .
  6. 6. And, here’s the good part about those perceivedbarriers, roadblocks and dead-ends—you can turn around. Youcan make new choices and choose a new direction. The cheese“does not” stand alone . . . The cheese is a culture (really) . . . ofwellness.
  7. 7. If a mouse can do it so can you. Yummm!
