A process is having a special causes in it. Can it be a Stable process ?

F A Q on S P C   No ! It is NOT a stable process !


                 ‘All Special causes are harmful to the Process’ – True/ False

                 False statement !

                 Can the Chance cause be eliminated ?

                  Not possible. Where as it can be reduced and controlled.


                 Shall Process Capability studies be done on an ‘unstable’ process ?

                  Should never be. First Stability and then Capability.

                 How Machine Capability is denoted ?

                     keeping the other three fingers straight.

                  in 12 to 24 hours. For better results practice it for two months.

It is NOT a stable process ! ‘All Special causes are harmful to the Process’ – True/ False False statement ! Can the Chance cause be eliminated ? Not possible.
