Let me share my mom’s recipes. Ingredients  Ingredients for Flour  Rice – 2 cup  Toor dal – 1 cup  Channa dal – 1 cup  Urad dal (Ulitham Paruppu) – 1/4 Cup  Salt – to taste  Turmeric powder – ¼ Tablespoon  Dry red chillies – 4  Asafoetida – pinch  Oil – for Adia  Onion – 2 big  Coconut 1 Cup grated Method  Method for Making  Wash and soak the rice and dal for 2 hours  Grind the rice, dalm dry chilli with water and grind as a paste or as 75% precent  Now add chopped onion, grated coconut, asafoetida, salt and mix together  Greece the Dosa Tava  Add the flour in tava in round shape pour some oil around the shape  Wait for 5 minutes and turn back and wait for 5 minutes
