When cpu is 0% idle, that means it is heavy loaded and 100% idle means it is doing nothing. A system running at 100% CPU can still be quite responsive since CPU time is split relatively fairly among competing processes according to their priority levels. Two competing processes at the same priority level will split time 50/50. Or if they have different priority levels the higher-priority process will get the majority of the time.
%Free Memory utilization of the server is low. During busy hour Free memory remains around 70%.
Query Per Second of Internet DNS indicates utilization of the DNS from subscriber’s perspective. Currently Maximum QPS [ SW Limit ] set to internet DNS is 20000 using bind configuration. From now onward, 15 Mins/hourly QPS statistics of internet DNS will be possible to report. Above slide shows the QPS of internet for Monday 10:45am to Tuesday 10:00am.

Internet DNS’s Performance
Currently in 3G Environment, there is only one DNS server to
resolve user URL. It’s been used by both commercial (web)
and 3rd party APNs. BB subscribers do not use this DNS to
resolve URLs. It’s been configured and maintained in-house.
The server is located in XXX Location.
