How to Succeed in Network Marketing: 3 Tips for Network Marketing Success In order to succeed in network marketing, you need to do these 3 things to start experiencing success after maybe years of failure. Tip #1: Do Income Producing Activities Everyday I see many people fail in the network marketing industry for many different reasons. One of the biggest reasons people have failed in network marketing is because they do activities that do not lead to cashflow. They spend time in their business doing things that are not income producing activities. For example, they spend too much time on training and administrative tasks. These are non­income producing activities. If you want to learn how to succeed in network marketing, then it starts with first learning what activities you should everyday that produces income. What are those activities? The key activities you want to do is: marketing, lead generation, presenting, and follow up. Marketing involves getting your business in front of people. Lead generation is collecting the contact information (phone number, email address) of people who are interested in learning more about your network marketing business.
  3. 3. After you collect their contact information, then you want to present them with your business opportunity. If you focus your daily activities on these areas, you will begin to see success. Tip #2: Select the Right Target Market One of the biggest mistakes I see most network marketers make is they try to pitch any and everyone on their business opportunity. They are told by upline that everyone needs and wants more money and so everyone needs their business opportunity. Not true! People may want more money, but they may not be interested in getting more money by starting a business, let alone a business in the network marketing industry. So many network marketers they talk to random people in shopping malls, grocery stores, even hit up their friends and family on facebook, or even run ads on craigslist in the job section.

Then, they get objections like these: “Is this a scam?” “Is this a pyramid scheme?” “Why do I have to pay money to make money?” It is because these people are not interested in starting a business in the network marketing industry. So who should you talk to? You want to get in front of people who are actively searching for your company or business by name online or are looking for information on starting a home based business. This is a person that you want to focus on reaching in your marketing. When you do, you will face less objections. To learn how to market to these people online, you want to plug into marketing training that will show you the marketing strategies to get in front of the right people so you can know how to succeed in network marketing. Persist until you succeed.
