  • Addressing these challenges starts with us. With our views about the world, our perspective on the issues, and what we are prepared to do. The fundamental take away here is that it is the action of individuals today that has an impact on the future – our personal futures, our organisational futures, and our planet’s future. If you are comfortable with the way you see the future unfolding, then that’s great – for you. But, it is clear that if we in the west don’t change our view of the future today, then the damage we will inflict on ourselves, our organisations and the planet will be irreversible. Some thinkers say it already is irreversible. As Ghandi said, be the change you want to see in the world. Change of any sort starts with individuals.
