Explore various models and analytical tools used by organisational change practitioners3. Identify and critically evaluate a variety of organisational change interventions4. Develop an understanding of the challenges that both managers and employees face when experiencing change5. Develop critical thinking and analytical skills in applying organisational change theory to various workplace situations6. Assessment Task 3• Group Presentation & Report – Ongoing from week 6 – Groups of three or four – Research and analyse a change issue – Integrate work-related experience / case examples – Include an activity (highly recommended) – Submit an accompanying report (1,500 words) > due on day of presentation > Make sufficient copy for EVERYONE in class A discussion of the change issue Change theories that are relevant to that issue Examples or cases where appropriate Any implications for change practice A list of quality references www.monash.edu.au 16
