  2. 2. INTRODUCTION In early days Mark Zuckerberg had wandering nature somewhat like Steve Jobs.In 2009 he started wearing tie to live a disciplined life.In 2010 Mark Zuckerberg started learning Chinese language.He has 56% share in company.Today Facebook is bigger company than Disney & Mc Donald.
  3. 3. STRATEGY MarkZuckerberg made friendship with enemy’s enemy.Microsoft won competition against Google to get its advertisement sold on Facebook banner.Facebook benefitted ,when Microsoft bought Skype as it had share in Microsoft.
  4. 4. DECISION MAKING Mark Zuckerberg takes unpopular decision.In 2007 Facebook was offered investment from American investment firm,but he took finance from Hongkong,German & Russian firms.Colleagues opposed decision ,but Mark Zuckerberg did not changed decision.
  5. 5. DECISION MAKING Engineers of Facebook wanted to give name to button related to post as “Awesome”,but Mark Zuckerberg gave name “Like”. Today people are realizing how Facebook took right decision by rejecting offer of Viacom & Yahoo.
  6. 6. RECRUIT RIGHT PEOPLE In initial days of founding Facebook few investors wanted to work with Mark Zuckerberg.But he promoted only his colleagues.Von Natta was made COO. Mark Zuckerberg believes that youth can better focus on important things as they live simple life.
