Much focus on usability of tangible products , application interfaces etc, not so much on data/information itself Research and expertise exists in different areas: Human Factors, HCI, geographic information science Previous workshop outcomes agreed need to focus on usability of information many aspects: metadata, data content, formats, motivation, trust summarised in report and paper at AGI
