  35. 35. These expectations also land your ass in some extreme or “hard core” military-style boot camp where you’re not set up for success and you feel like you are trying to catch up…. © Fitness University, LLC 2013

Or, you find yourself in some overly difficult junkyard- style workout program that is really good at training you for the upcoming war with the Persians, but not so good at building a solid fitness foundation that will help you enjoy exercise and keep you safe from injury…. © Fitness University, LLC 2013
