  6. 6. Ee is for Eagle, soaring in the sky
  7. 7. Ff is for Flag, Canada’s flag also known as the Maple Leaf
  8. 8. Gg is for The Great Lakes, together they form the world’s largest body of fresh water
  9. 9. Hh is for Hockey, the official national winter sport of Canada
  10. 10. Ii is for Inuit, indians and immigrants in the north of Canada
  11. 11. Jj is for July 1 st , Canada’s birthday. (Confederation 1867)
  12. 12. Kk is for Kayaking, one of the many water sports Canadians enjoy in the outdoors
  13. 13. Ll is for Loonie, Canada’s one-dollar coin
  14. 14. Mm is for Maple Syrup, a sweetener made from the sap of maple trees
  15. 15. Nn is for Niagara Falls, the famous waterfalls between the Canadian and USA border
  16. 16. Oo is for Ontario, Canada’s province with the biggest population
  17. 17. Pp is for Poutine, a dish from Québec that is made with french fries, covered in gravy and topped with fresh cheese curd
  18. 18. Qq is for Québec, Canada’s French speaking province
  19. 19. Rr is for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, also known as ‘Mounties’
  20. 20. Ss is for Snow, there is snowfall in most places due to Canada’s cold climate in winter
  21. 21. Tt is for Toronto, the biggest city in Canada
  22. 22. Uu is for Umpire, the referee who makes the calls in a baseball game
  23. 23. Vv is for Vancouver, the host city of the 2010 Olympics in the province of British Columbia
  24. 24. Ww is for Winter, the coldest season in Canada during December, January and February
  25. 25. Xx is for X (cross)-country skiing, a winter sport throughout Canada
  26. 26. Yy is for the Yukon Territory, also known as the land of the Midnight Sun because of the lack of sun
  27. 27. Zz is for Zamboni, a big machine used to smooth ice before and after hockey games
