About
People come to me when they need to learn how to successfully incorporate being a nontraditional student into their already busy lives. They are desperate to gain control over their home time management so that they can have sufficient time to study. They want to learn how to create menus, spend less time while cooking healthier meals for their families, not be bogged down on the weekends by piled-up laundry, and make time for family, friends, and themselves. I help them address all those areas and find solutions that work for them.
